Glazed Salmon with Bok Choy

  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, ginger and garlic until the honey dissolves. Reserve 1/4 C, then marinate the salmon, skin-side up, for 30 minutes.
  2. Steam the bok choy in a skillet until almost tender, then add the reserved marinade and continue cooking to reduce excess liquid. Remove from heat.
  3. Broil the salmon skin-side down without turning until the exterior is well-caramelized and fish is just cooked through.
  4. Plate the bok choy, top with the salmon, and serve.
